Professional Auto Body & Paint first opened in 1997 when the founder decided to own his own body shop after years of working in the auto collision repair industry in the Pacific Northwest. In the last 2.5 decades, the family has been passionately working on building trust and integrity with customers in Oregon and Washington. December 2017 has marked their 20th anniversary in owning and operating their local family business. In 2018, the founder daughter-in-law took over the family business as a second generation owner and takes pride in continuing to provide high quality workmanship and customer service. Pro Auto Body & Paint did a great job handling the repair to my car, as well as dealing with the complicated insurance system. I recommend them if you ever need work done due to an accident when there is an insurance claim involved. They made it easy and stress free for me.

The whole process was so easy and accommodating-from the initial inquiry to check in, and communication during repairs- It all was handled so smoothly. The team at Pro Auto Body & Paint were very hands on and very informative from the beginning til the very end with my personal experiences! I unfortunately had my car total but they walked me through the nex steps on what I should do and even gave me contacts of people who can help me in my situation! They constantly checked up on me making sure everything was okay and that I wasn’t left in the dark!

I was rear ended and this shop went above and beyond for me. They were incredibly kind and helpful and truly felt like a one-stop shop. They helped set me up with a chiropractor and a lawyer, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Nancy was amazing, she always communicated clearly and kept me updated every step of the way. This isn’t just any auto body shop; they genuinely support you and help answer all your questions, including dealing with insurance. Highly recommend.
