Professional Auto Body & Paint first opened in 1997 when the founder decided to own his own body shop after years of working in the auto collision repair industry in the Pacific Northwest. In the last 2.5 decades, the family has been passionately working on building trust and integrity with customers in Oregon and Washington. December 2017 has marked their 20th anniversary in owning and operating their local family business. In 2018, the founder daughter-in-law took over the family business as a second generation owner and takes pride in continuing to provide high quality workmanship and customer service. Pro Auto Body & Paint were clear and competent communicators from beginning to end. they set timelines and adhered to them and they kept me in the loop throughout their dealings with the insurance company. in my specific experience i had frustrating pushback from the insurance company- the auto shop advocated for me, for themselves, and didn’t bend to the whims of the insurance company. The shop knows their rights, their clients rights, and will not allow you to be taken advantage of. couldn’t recommend more! if i ever require their services in the future, they have a client for life!
