Professional Auto Body & Paint first opened in 1997 when the founder decided to own his own body shop after years of working in the auto collision repair industry in the Pacific Northwest. In the last 2.5 decades, the family has been passionately working on building trust and integrity with customers in Oregon and Washington. December 2017 has marked their 20th anniversary in owning and operating their local family business. In 2018, the founder daughter-in-law took over the family business as a second generation owner and takes pride in continuing to provide high quality workmanship and customer service. After visiting two other auto body shops, I chose Professional Auto Body & Paint Inc to fix damage to my left front fender and bumper after I scraped it pulling out of my garage. They really explained the process to me and were able to get my car in quickly. Their shop is large and they have a nice office and waiting room. Their property is gated for security. Nancy Le, one of the owners, helped me feel reassured my car would get the best care. The work they did on my car is excellent. When I went to pick up my car, my invoice was less than the original estimate. These folds are honest and have integrity. I highly recommend them!

I would give Nancy and her team 6 stars, if I could! My parked car was totaled out of nowhere, and through my shock, anger, disappointment, and the chaos I was suddenly plunged into, Nancy was kind, patient, extremely informative, resourceful, and communicative. She was absolutely the shining star in this scenario, knowing that she likely wasn’t going to get the contract to fix the car. I will recommend Professional Auto Body to anyone and everyone who will listen!
