Nayeli was great, from noticing the problems in the rear bumper, to keeping me updated while I was out of town (with photos). Also, insurance handling was super easy. Attention to detail was strong, making sure the manufacturer provided the right parts for the custom ordered car.

ProTech Body Shop in Austin did an incredible job on our Jeep after it was hit. The bumper was torn off and the fender was damaged, but when we got it back, it looked like nothing ever happened — honestly, even better than before. Nour was amazing throughout the entire process, making sure every detail was handled and that everything was perfect when we picked it up. Nour’s communication, attention to detail, and level of care really stood out. The whole team at ProTech was great to work with — professional, responsive, and clearly proud of their work. Highly recommend them if you ever need repairs done right.

This was the best experience I’ve had with a body shop. The team at Protech was friendly, courteous, and professional. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs to my truck, even sending photos and videos. My truck was only 6.5 months old with just over 8k miles when it was hit. It came back from Protech looking like new. I have and will recommend Protech to anyone I know who needs bodywork.
