Unfortunately I’ve had to come to Protech three times regarding body damage, BUT they’ve always made the process so smooth and easy. My car comes back looking newer and newer every time. They remember me by name and have always been punctual on updates about my vehicle. Special shout out to nour and nayeli for taking care of me.

I recommend this body shop 150%!!! As a woman it can be really daunting to figure out car stuff on your own. Will they take advantage of my ignorance or up charge me? This business has my absolute trust!!! They go ABOVE and beyond to make sure I’m completely satisfied and unlike other places, I feel really comfortable speaking up if I’m not sure of something. I would stake my reputation on their work ethic and the customer service they provide. They keep me up to date every step of the way and last time I had to use them, they even helped me when the dealership was wilding out. Nour and Nayeli (sp?) as well as the rest of the front staff make me feel so welcome and are so kind and supportive, especially during really stressful days. I’m really glad I found them and chose them to car for my vehicle. I’ve already recommended them to others and then I found out they already have a reputation in the community for their work. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone in Austin and beyond!

I am ‘over the top’ happy with my experience with Protech Body Shop! This family is so kind and loving - very professional, explaining every step of the process, even with the rental car company! I received Updates via texts and / or phone calls! The team did an incredible job on my 2009 Honda Element - going the extra mile to remove all the scratches - I have a new car! The body work and the paint are flawless! And Nayeli is absolutely THE BEST!! Thank you thank thank you!

They did amazing! They meet and surpassed my expectations tremendously. You can’t even tell there was any problems to my vehicle. Even when we noticed a minor car window seal pop they fixed it right away they’re truly amazing people who care about their customers.

When my car was taken in I was met with friendly staff, who assured me they’d keep me updated while my car was being repaired. I received text updates and was able to get my car back in a reasonable timeline. I had a couple minor issues when my car was returned that they easily and happily took care of.
