As usual, the staff were excellent. I was satisfied with 90% of the work done. However, I am not satisfied with a passenger side headlight replacement. The replacement headlight was used and reconditioned, but left several scratches, foggy patches etc. on the headlight lens as well as the chrome piece on the bottom of it is pulled out a bit. My old headlight lens that was replaced was much clearer and newer looking. Other than that problem, I was satisfied

Office staff was quite pleasant and friendly. They took care of everything between them and the insurance company and between them and the car rental company. All I had to do was show up. They finished the work ahead of scheduled repair date. I highly recommend their service, but I hope I never need their service.
