everything looked good and was pretty seamless process.

While overall very happy I would recommend something. I received a text on Tuesday the car was close to being done and Gavin thought it might be ready by end of day, and it was not ready until Thursday end of day. I would have been happier if he just said it would be ready by Friday and not have the frustration of planning on picking it up and it was not ready. Under promise and Over deliver would be my advice.
