The communication was not great. My car was supposed to be ready Friday of last week so I took off the afternoon from work to be available. I reached out but didn’t hear back until Monday. I technically never got a call back. I just got an automated message saying that my car would be ready Monday at four.

Fast and thorough service, thanks! I do have a suggestion. My catalytic converter actually got stolen again a mere 5 days later. :( I know that they make protective cages for them, and I think that discussing this with people who've had thefts would be something that would have possibly interested me if you offer those. I am not sure which protective device is the best and it would be nice to discuss it.
