The repair work was great, timely. I had one problem & it was a big one. I did not learn about the 3% extra credit card charge until I was at the pay window picking up my car. At NO time before then, was I informed of this policy. If I had previously been told about it I would have brought cash. I had no choice but to pay the extortion to get my car. When the man took me to my car, I again expressed my displeasure about the deception. He acknowledged that I should have been told & said I would get a $13 discount next time. At the last minute Quality wrecked what otherwise could have been a positive experience & left me with a lingering bad taste.

As always your shop and staff do excellent work. This time I got my car back a day earlier than I expected. Do not like bringing my car to you so often. It gets to be very expensive. All of the people at your shop are excellent at what they do. The Asian gentleman has to practice speaking slower.
