Extremely good at their job, took a little longer then planned because a senser had to be ordered that took a couple extra days, any delays were due to insurance delays, great service, if I have damage again someday I would definitely use them again.

10+ actually. This is my second time going to them for repairs. From the front of the office to the back e1 is so friendly and helpful. Especially Kam. He had to deal with problems with my insurance. It took longer than it should have but this was not Quality's fault by any means. I would always recommend them and go to them when I need any body repair. TyTyTy. Lucky to have them here in Eureka:)

I had a wonderful experience with Quality and with Lacey specifically. She knew what my situation was in to regards with my car and finances and helped me get a rental through them that would not cost me an arm and a leg. I could not recommend them enough!

If I could score higher I would. Quality nailed it. From Lacy taken immediate care of my truck to the owner who took time out of his day to show me there beautiful clean shop. They made a horrible situation has painless as possible. My truck came out better than before. They kept me in the lope on everything. The final product amazing. I hope I don’t have another situation like this but if I did Quality without question will get my business. Thank you to the whole crew and everybody involved high five to you all.
