We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We also provide the owner with a lifetime warranty on all repairs done at our shop.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I am satisfied with the work done and the time it took. They even tended to some things on my vehicle that I did not originally ask for. Like buffing my headlights and putting my spare tire back on. I also appreciate that they shampooed my floor mats.

The suburban was not fixed the first 2 times we were told that it was fixed the seat belts would not work till we took it back the air bags were on alarm when we picked it up and we were told that they test drove it so I do not think that they even drove it so w e were not very satisfied with the service.

Fuel tank was on empty when we picked it up. Didn’t know where the nearest service station was located. Could have at least had a 1/8 or 1/4 tank available to reduce that stress. Everything else was fine
