We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. I cannot recommend Quality Body Works enough. They did an absolutely fantastic job repairing my vehicle after my recent accident. From the moment I dropped my car off, Tabetha kept me updated on the progress, and they dealt directly with my insurance, making the whole process stress-free. I have not been told that the car is not ready yet. I have been told on two separate occasions that the car will be ready but by the time that was up we have not heard anything and we have had to call to be told they are still waiting on a part. Your automated system keeps saying everything is on schedule for the repair until that day is past and then we do not hear anything. We still have not received notice that the car is ready for pickup. I can not give you feedback to the vehicle that I have not received yet.
