Son unos cochinos trabajando y ademas ladrones Mi nombre es John Mcklen Deje mi camioneta 2025 F 350 para una reparación de granisos Lo que hicieron fue una cochinada de trabajo pero tambien le sacaron el diesel que tenia y le robaron el Jack 2019 Cadillac XT5 Solo le cambiaron el Hood y también le sacaron el combustible y el Hood se lo dejaron mal montado En mi opinión son lo peor de lo peor

They took longer than the time frame they gave me, and when I did get my vehicle back there were more problems. I took it in for hail damage and whoever did the paint job did a terrible job. There are places where paint was chipped already, and small bubbles in other places. They installed my hood incorrectly and it is clearly not aligned with the rest of the body when you look at it head on. My sunroof screen is messed up and won’t open. Whoever was inside my vehicle also left some sort of black grease/sludge on my console. And there were scratches on the spoiler and rear bumper. I almost forgot that my trunk doesn’t close properly every time so I imagine that is slightly misaligned as well. Will never recommend them to anyone for any type of repair. I also had to initiate all interactions because they said they would update me but never did. The only correspondence I received from them was a call the day it was complete.

The only positive I can say is there is no longer dents/chipped glass from the hail damage. But I received my car back in less than ideal shape with issues in how the hood/trunk was aligned, my sunroof is messed up, issues with the paint, and the inside of my car was left dirty from some unknown substance. Very frustrating, will not be doing business again in the future.

In person there were no issues but there was a lack of communication and I had to constantly press for information. I also was given incorrect time tables for things to be done but I understand things happen, still frustrating not knowing.

There were scratches on the clear coat that hadn’t been there previously. At about waist level, so someone might have been rubbing up against the vehicle with a belt buckle on. Also, alot of the body panels weren’t clipped back in correctly. Is had to lock them in place.

When the scratches were brought to the shops attention, they took it back in and sprayed some clear coat to cover them up. Didn’t give it time to cure, and gave it back to my wife. They also missed some of the scratches.

No communication about when vehicle would be completed. Constantly changing deadlines, hard to get a hold of anyone to answer questions. If you weren’t able to start the vehicle right away you should be honest instead of having us wait three months for it to be repaired.
