The body work and paint job was great. The wheel was buffed out but you could still see the damage. I was told that one would be ordered to replace it but to date that has not occurred. Every time I call they tell me when the wheel arrives we will call you. I got an email from the insurance company saying everything has been settled.

Customer service was great. One car had a missing tow hook cover, they were able to tell from photos they take when they receive the car, that the tow truck driver had removed it. I was able to call the and get it back. Without the photo I wouldn’t have
