From the time I walked into the office, and was greeted by a very friendly staff, until the repair to our van was completed, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service from Quality Collision. They sent me updates daily on the progress of repairs. Our rental car awaited us there, and all we had to do was return the car when we picked up our van. Quality Collision gets 5 stars from us. The team was fantastic - providing updates when available and repaired my car quickly. It took a bit for the parts to come in due to the holiday but there was a lot of communication and I was made aware of the progress as it occurred.
