I have damage to my rim that was never fixed

You guys were charged for stuff that wasn't done to the car that they written up on the insurance claim so it's actually insurance fraud on quality collision and I personally asked to have no Bondo put in my car since it's only a year and a half old and on the receipt that I got from them says all OEM parts which is what I wanted but you can feel the Bondo and you can also what you can't see it no more cuz I wash the car but there was Bondo stuck all over the rim that they were supposed to change and they never change the rim that you were charged $1,400 for so yeah I'm very very dissatisfied with them I would never take a car back to them ever again

I was straight lied to when I told them that I wanted certain things done a certain way and they said they had no problem with it doing it that way but then when it came time to do it they didn't do it they took the easy way out of it
