The repair work was excellent. The only drawback was the 3.5 month waiting list to get my vehicle into the shop.

Originally I was working with the other insurance company, they were going to give me $5000 for repairs. I brought it to Quality for an estimate to make sure the $5,000 was going to cover the repairs. The appraiser suggested I go through my own insurance because the damage on my vehicle could be more extensive than the other insurance company estimated. You can’t tell the extent of the internal damage and what other expenses could be incurred. My bill was over $10,000. I’m eternally grateful for your appraiser advice.
