The repair work took nearly two weeks longer than the original estimate, due to challenges in getting parts for my old car. Despite this, I was throughout totally happy with the work done by the Quality crew and with the courtesy, efficiency and patience they accorded me. Given this kind of positive treatment by the men at Quality, how could I return any behavior less tolerant and understanding?

RH mirror is a used mirror, which I did not know I was buying. It has a small star crack and a scrape which I didn't expect, because I thought it would be a new mirror.
