However we specialize in all makes and models. Our team holds I-CAR Gold certification status as well as continuing education through GM and are committed to providing superior service.

Took them almost 3 weeks to even look at my car I was totally stressed out because only had my car rental for a month! No concern from them at all when I ask them if they would have a car I could borrow after my lease answer was simply No

The only problem was scheduling. I took my car in for an estimate on Dec. 12 and was told to leave it on Jan. 2. In the meantime, they would begin gathering the parts to minimize the wait. When I dropped it off on Jan. 2, they had no record of even looking at my car or why it was there, and it was not on the schedule. Ultimately my car was there seven weeks before everything was finished.

My only complaint was the job was not recorded between the estimate and the day I was told to leave my car. I got a call from the shop that morning saying they had no record of an estimate or anything scheduled concerning my car.

My Subaru outback had an upgrade on the bumper that protects it from my dogs nails and luggage wheels, and the wheels of my child’s wagon that we take to the park, etc. That protected bumper is not there on the new repair. I do need that to be fixed and put back on. Please call me when you are able. 334-332-7786
