We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. Our products are Subaru, Volvo, Cadillac and GM. However we specialize in all makes and models. Our team holds I-CAR Gold certification status as well as continuing education through GM and are committed to providing superior service.

At this time, I would not recommend Quantrell Body Shop for repairs. However, if I was closer geographically, I would give them the opportunity to correct the cosmetic issues with the repairs completed.

The car paint job looks very good until the sun shines on it. Then, you can see the swirl marks from where the door was sanded prior to the paint being layered on the new doors.

I was told the repair would take 3-4 days, but it was a solid 2 weeks. I was first told the wrong paint was used, then that the wrong bumper had been received, then that they were just backed up. Communication was poor as they never initiated contact regarding delays. I had to call continuously regarding the status.
