The repair is pretty good, but there is a few minor blemishes on the paint job. Last time I took my other car there a few years ago, it was perfect.

Again, last time I took my car there a few years ago I thought the person I worked with was excellent. Friendly and effective. This most recent representative assigned to my transaction was ok. Not as friendly, a bit brusque, didn't make notes of things like what number to call when car repair finished. They weren't bad, they just weren't great.
