I've had my car back for a little over a week now and it's basically like the accident never happened. I was told at the start of the process that my repair would take some time as it involved a major repair. Randy kept me updated throughout the process and promptly called me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. The whole process seamless. My only recommendation is that the shop should advise customers up front that there is an additional fee to pay by credit card. I hope to never need their services again but would not hesitate to do so if I did.
