We were able to get an appointment quickly and the work was done quickly and it looks great. They said 2-3 weeks and it was 2.

Great repair job!! Only negative is the I have parts left in my back seat. That were not put back on . I believe they rubber black fender / wheel area strips, that go just above the tires on both sides. I think it is held on by screws.

Since they were already fixing the front door on my car I asked the estimator to fix a couple of small door dings and the guy said it would be no problem because they just needed popped out.I also wanted some small scratches on my rear bumper buffed and painted. My estimate was around $850 and didn’t include the door dings so I called them to see why and I was told that the door was already on my insurance estimate. Which I don’t know exactly what they were doing but it had to remove the door panel, repair it, paint it, and put it back. It even included replacing the door handle which is about an inch from the small ding. When I picked up the car the dings weren’t fixed. I called and told them right away and said I would bring it back asap. When I returned they said it wasn’t on my estimate but they would give me a quote. Are you kidding me. They just got $9,000 to fix my car, took the door off and fixed a scratch and replaced the door handle, painted it, and left the dings. I will never recommend using them. The guy who wasn’t the original estimator, who I talked to who said they were going to fix the dings, was very rude to me. Acting like it wasn’t on the estimate so my own fault. I told him I called and asked about it and I also saw that they were fixing the door. It was not detailed on what they were doing with the door so I took the guys word they were fixing it completely. Big mistake! I am completely annoyed because all I see every time I get in my car are those little dings they didn’t fix. Gayle O’Brien

The secretary and first estimator were very nice. The second estimator was rude and not understanding or helpful at all. He even said he would check with his boss on the situation but he never called me back so I guess he was just trying to appease me so I would leave.
