My first and last impression was positive. After calling 4–5 repair shops approved by my insurance, Quest Collision was the only one that was willing to take in my car for repair. Other repair shops declined because the car would have to be towed onto their lot. In the process of getting the repairs done we did have some challenges with communication but those issues were ultimately remedied to satisfaction. Overall rating is a 10.

My car looks so great! Very nice employees there too! About the only thing I could recommend is giving more of an update on my vehicle, considering they had to order additional parts and wait for the parts to arrive, which extended my repair longer than initially stated...that would be my only isue. Overall, I would gladly use them again and recommend them to others
