I dropped my car off on July 5 they said 3 weeks and it would be done. I called last Wednesday when it was 3 weeks and they said they had to fix some more and it might be done by Friday (July 28) I called Friday and they said it’s not ready yet maybe Monday (July 31)… we don’t hear from them and on Thursday (August 2) we called they said it’s in line for final inspection and will be ready Friday (August 3)) we called this morning asked when we can pick it up and they said they will let us know by 1… my husband calls at 1:15 and they say they are still buffing and sanding and they can’t promise it will be done by today but they will let us know by 4… I have been without my car for a month and there has been no communication unless I call the company and ask for status. This is the second time we have had a HORRIBLE experience with this company the last time my husband had to bring his car back three times to get the black paint color corrected.

Ultimately, I think you are in business to do automobile bodywork, and you seem to do that exceptionally well. So, from that perspective, I would definitely refer someone. I think you need to understand that you are in a business where an individual has a crisis and information about the process would be helpful. I think the two staff need to be trained on how and when to communicate.

You had the car 7 weeks. Not once did we hear from your shop. We had no clue what the process was or an estimate on time. We called four times to get updates. I the first time we were told waiting on parts. The second time, we were told the parts were in and it would be 1.5-2 weeks. After two weeks, we called again, and were told they were still waiting on parts. When we pushed a little bit to understand, we were told somebody didn’t update the status in the system, and the parts were in. They said they were going to check on the status, get answers, and call us back. We never got the call back, and so we had to call the fourth time. That’s when they confirmed, yes, the parts were in But, they couldn’t tell us how soon our car would be put on the “lift “ to begin repairs. At this point, we called our State Farm agent and asked them to handle it. Two weeks later we got a call that it was finished.
