Improved communication. I didn’t understand that they were waiting on my approval and I thought we were waiting on the part to come in. Then when the car was in the shop, I would have appreciated updates on expected completion

I have had to deal with this company on three occasions and I must say I’m glad I went with them they matched up my paint to the factory color and my son vehicle I didn’t think it could be save but they got him right togather i am very pleased with their service and professionalism and the lady at the front desk is very courtesy. Everyone appeared to be on their A game every time I had to go back to the place.

My sedan was rear-ended, which caused the fender to come almost completely off. Quest not only made all necessary repairs to appearance and functionality, they made me car look brand new! I was so happy when I picked it up. So grateful for the quality work from this crew.
