Terrible service and terrible work. I received my car back with 12 scratches, bubbles, buffer burn, and primer still showing on my car. I took it back to be fixed and they fixed my paint but not the other issues I was having. In the total of around three months of my car being there from a rear end accident my car is still not right. I am now having to take it to the dealership since they have no clue what they are doing. This shop claims to be 5 stars but is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop before. The communication was terrible, service was rushed and half assed. Please don’t waste your time at this place. They had plenty of opportunities to make things right with me and they didn’t!

I was hardly ever called with updates or plan of action for repairs. On the issues I had with my cars gas tank I was talked to like I was some retarded as if I don’t no how to fill my car up. The quality in everything they did was terrible. If Quest couldn’t fix my car the least they could’ve done was tell me and I would’ve taken it somewhere else.
