These guys were great. They made sure ALL damage was repaired. This was an insurance job and they repaired my car to “retail sellable” condition. I could not be happier with their service.

Overall I am very dissatisfied with the service with my vehicle. I cannot say who's fault it is or why there seemed to be a lack of total communication. I've had other vehicles worked on in the past at other body shops as a result of accidents, where they worked with my insurance company and myself. Every other place made it a point to make sure I was notified of my vehicles change in status or just a general update of where we are at in the repair and claims process. Quest never did any of that period. I was the one that called every week to get an update even when they promised me they would call me to let me know about something important changing with my vehicle they never did. My car was there for over a month and every time I called I was always told yes it should be done by the end of the week and then it never failed when I called again to get update something would happen and it would push forward the time frame. Now whether this was legitimate or not, I do understand there are delays especially with kovid, but nobody bothered to call me to let me know anything I was left hanging waiting not knowing whether I would have my car or not, meanwhile paying out of pocket for a rental. The car accident alone was upsetting but having to deal with this made it worse. No one could give me a straight answer it was always it will be done at this time, never mind we've had a delay or better yet we reach another snag. I will never have another vehicle service here ever again. Nothing made sense with the timelines and the lack of communication made everything harder to accept.

My car was repaired and returned to me in perfect condition. My car had had been washed, vacuumed, cleaned out and paper floor mats put in on top of my mats. I can’t say enough about Quest Collision. I’ve used several times and they can’t be beat!!! Excellent quality.
