They could work on better communication. I was originally told it would probably take about 3 days and could possibly be longer if more parts were needed. I called back 5 days later because I hadn’t heard from them and was told could be several more days. I had to keep initiating the conversation. No one called to update me.

The initial ask was to leave the car on Sunday night and it would take 2-3 days. not until Wednesday did I get a call asking if I wanted extra chip’s repaired. Felt like they first started working on it because they said it would be a couple days before it’s done. Turned out it took another 7 days after much pushing on them.

7. I would have liked Quest employ inform me what they did to repair my car even though the other person’s involved in the wreck’s insurance company is paying for the claim. I would like this information especially since the final cost was twice the cost originally quoted. I would still appreciate at least a call.
