Never told me when the car would be ready, did not explain any process to me, and did not bother to inspect for any damage beyond what was cosmetically obvious. They were very friendly though

From the start to the finish, I was extremely happy with the process. My car was even done early and they made sure that I got updates the entire way thank you very much.
