When I was called to pick up my car, I noticed that only the scratches had been taken care of. Bumper still had a dent in it and wasn't properly in place. I pointed this out and was told that they just needed to order a bracket and it will be back in place, I'm not sure why this wasn't ordered to begin with. I go back the 2nd time and bumper still has a dent in it and not properly placed I even pointed out the other side of the bumper which was fine for comparison. Doesn't look like it was touched. Very disappointed, I chose Rachels because I had taken another vehicle of mine about 5years ago and was very pleased with the work on that vehicle and expected the same with this vehicle.

you cannot tell the car was ever hit. They did a fabulous job of matching the 13 year-old metallic paint. Flawless work! I will not hesitate to recommend Rachel's to my friends and family.
