Car was fixed very well & cleaned (outside and inside). Chad kept us informed of the progress almost daily. We appreciated.that! Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Chad kept us well informed of the progress, nearly daily. Could not tell where work had been done. Paint looked great! Car was very clean, inside & outside. Definitely using Ramsey Collision again if needed.

Although I was very satisfied with the quality of the repair work done, there was some miscommunication/misinformation in regard to the scheduling of repair and completion. I brought my car in and picked up a rental. The next day I received a call from the body shop that the part was in fact not in and that I needed to pick up my car because they expected it to be very delayed due to a backorder; it was six weeks before the bumper came in to be replaced. I had to call repeatedly to get status updates on the part. And, I incurred a two day charge while I had my rental before hearing from the body shop. Although my insurance allowed for rental coverage, what I rented was in excess of the $30 per day. I had to call the body shop to check on my car to find out that in fact the repair was done and I could pick it up. Again I was very pleased with the quality of the work done, and the people at the collision center were very courteous.

Not the shops fault but it took a while to get the part sent to the shop for the car to be fixed. They all had great customer service and were very friendly.

I am a return customer, 1st time wife damaged front driver's side, so I had both front side panels painted which I was very happy with the finished result. So when another driver back into the rear driver's side corner the first and only place I went to was Lithia. I was not disappointed they do an excellent job. Staff very helpful. I would recommend Lithia to anyone.

I was told it would take three days to complete my repair. I received no updates during those three days and had to call to determine if my car would be done on the third day. I was told that my car wouldn't be done for at least another 4 to 5 days. I received no updates during those 4 to 5 days. I finally received a text 6 days later saying my car was done.
