I was pleased with the insurance company when they called me and happy when Ramsey took my car finally, but in the end I was very upset about the way the handled my car. One I didn’t get my car back in 2-3 days like they said and never communicated that there was more damage so it was gonna take longer because I was expecting to have my car back for work but didn’t and it snowed and iced the roads and I wasn’t going to drive a rental in that. Second I have no problems with the repairs except the fact they only gave me one brand new headlight and not two and now my bulbs are different colors. I’m sorry but I think it’s stupid to replace one assembly and not the other so now I’m just annoyed that I have one new headlight and not the other. Overall I’m glad to have my car back but next time I’m not letting Ramsey fix my car if they are going to lack communication.
