My panel has a crack in it and there is a corner piece that looks like the paint was poorly done over it and the metal is still visible.

I had taken my vehicle in for body work and for service to look at the shaking of the steering wheel while braking. They repaired the body of the vehicle which looks good as far as I can see. However they failed to replace the upper radiator guard cover and when I called to tell them they acknowledged the failure to reinstall it. But they want me to drive the 2hr and 15 minute round trip for me to loose time and money for work for them to replace what they forgot to install. I called them so they could deliver it to me and I would install myself, and they said I would get a call back. That has been exactly 1 week and I have not heard back from anyone and I am still missing my radiator cover. In regards to the service and shaking of my vehicle, I was told a tech drove it for 45 minutes and couldn’t duplicate what I was describing. Within 1 minute and less than 1 mile of leaving Randy Marion the day I picked my vehicle up it was doing the exact same thing I wanted them to check. Upon my own research of issues and knowledge in how to fix cars I replaced my own front brakes and rotors and I solved the problem. I am drove the over 1 hour and brought my Buick there thinking I would get better service because of GM...sadly I was wrong.

Most of my experience was positive, but there are a few things that could have been better and also something that needs to be adjusted. 1. The bumper was not correctly re-installed. It is higher and pushed back a noticeable amount on one end. There was no damage that would result in the mis alignment. I would like to get it fixed. I will fix myself but I don’t want to remove the grill and scratch something. 2. The repair time was over two weeks mostly due to a plastic filler panel piece and a damaged replacement bumper. It would have been better if the parts were obtained prior to bringing in the truck. The insurance company only gave me a rental for a week. 3. The painting was good, but not great. A few areas on the corners had some imperfections that I can live with. The z71 badge was installed a little bit off from the location one other side. Again, not a big problem but I could have easily done better myself. A few fender well liner screws were left out. I would just expect a little better quality did the price that I paid. Even though it was over two weeks, I said to take the time to do it right. So it wasn’t that I was rushing anything.
