The one best thing I can say about Relux is they are the very fairest people I've ever dealt with! I got their hook up by pure accident and I'm really happy I did because not only were they fair on the price but the caliber of work they did was second to none. And then what really blew My mind is I had a 500 dollar deductible and when I went to pick up My car, I was only charged 50 bucks! Yeah that's right 50 bucks! I still can't believe it! So do Yourself a favor if you have the bad luck to get into a wreck Go to Relux Auto Collision shop . You'll never regret it.

I almost want to take my other Venza here to buff out some mild scuffing on the bumper. They do great work here.

Despite coming out of pocket for the repair, the level of service was awesome. I want to add, of all the places I reached out to to get a quote, Anderson was the first to reach out to me by phone.

My Experience

The crew at Relux is amazing. I heard of them through my car club and it was the best decision I could have made. After someone hit my car while it was parked (see pics) I was worried that it would never look the same. The expert employees at Relux made sure to make it look like new. This is the newest car I've ever owned and an M model so it needed to be cared for and it sure was. It looks brand new again! Their sharp eyes even spotted things I missed. They worked with the other insurance and made sure I was not out for pocket for anything. They made the rental car drop-off easy and painless and kept me up to date on repairs often. I basically just booked it and dropped off, came back when it was done and drove off. Super easy! It's really nice to never need to look for another bodyshop as I'm sure this crew can handle anything. Thanks Relux!

My Experience

If I could go back and have that opportunity to choose which body shop to use, without hesitation I’d definitely and one hundred percent go with Caliber collisions. They reassured me that they would detail my vehicle completely inside and out in which they failed to due and I can go on for a long time with all that follows but I’m not that person to judge by its cover. I personally would never choose Relux to do any type of repairs simply because I’m nowhere near like them and that’s that. You want to go Relux and good for you. Not me. I’m good.
