Brian & the guys did a great job on my Traverse. They kept me updated on the status of my repairs & the car looks great. They even scrapped the frost off for me when I picked it up! They are the best!

The quoted repair times literally varied from all three employees I spoke with. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the amount of time the repair actually took vs what was quoted as said repair took 4x longer then I was told. Four months after initially contacting McCoy, I am still waiting on a $2500 reimbursement for the car rental I was forced to pay for out of pocket.
