Initial estimate did not reflect the final cost as things were not told until car drop. 19 days to fix a bumper after spare parts arrived. Shop contact did not call when the spare part arrived I had to call to find out. Shop contact did not call to inform that the car is ready for pick up I had to call and find out. Overall 2.5 stars out of 5. There was lack of a responsible and professional attitude.

The exterior repairs including the paint quality, the fit, the look, etc is great. However, there was a lot of tape residue on the vehicle that was very difficult for me to rub off with rubbing compound. Also, the left side front seat floor mat and back seat floor mats were ruined by some kind of solvent or something.

I cannot give enough great comments about Nieves Zapata & the receptionist. Their customer service skills and attention to detail were outstanding! They are truly excellent and the absolute best at what they do. I was given updates on a regular basis, and when I left voicemail messages in the evening, Nieves would always return my calls the next day.

Had my car taken to a different shop after receiving my car back from red mccombs repair shop with no working windows. The windows were working when I got in the accident. The second shop said the wiring was compromised during the assembly and reassembly of the rear driver side door. Red mccombs would not acknowledge that the windows were working prior to the repairs. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. No acknowledgment of mistakes that were made by red mccombs. My mechanic had given my car a clean bill of health in April of this year since I was starting new job that requires driving. Everything was in working order. Accident happened in July. Red mccombs seemed incapable of discovering an issue a different shop found within an hour of looking for the problem. Also would not acknowledge that driver door master switch for windows could be effected by working on passenger and rear doors despite plenty of videos online showing this to be true. Now I have to go through my lawyers to get this covered.
