When I tell I was overwhelmed and upset since it’s my new expensive vehicle but, the reassurance both Jessie and Robert gave me telling me they would make it right and fix everything made it so much easier. The reps need to be more informative with the client - returning calls in a timely manner, if you're having trouble getting a part or supplement from the insurance company - let the client know instead of not answering their calls or calling back. When you give a deadline and can't make it, let the client know.

Took too long. I had to do all the work to find, pay for, ship and transport to the dealership. Additional damage was done to the car there, so I have again had to order and pay for the part and will have to take the car back in. Because of what I paid out of pocket I now have to wait 3 weeks for reimbursement. The rep was unresponsive and did not provide I do as promised. Complained about being overworked, too busy and that my paperwork was going to be a nightmare for him.

They did an awesome job, Robert make sure I was taking care since I had a knee replacement my car was delivery to my home and that facilitated my recuperation and to have my car available when going back to my doctors appointments. They did an awesome job on my car . Very professional and consider. They handle the insurance and all the aspect of the repairs. I even had maintained done for me with service while my car was at the shop and it was well coordinated between the shop and service with no problems. I been a customer for 25 years and always have use their setvice and buy all my cars at this car dealer because I have always receive the best service. I would recommend your shop any time to anyone.
