At this moment with all the way it is I’m afraid I’d recommend not to go to collision repair.

Brian was helpful but nothing personal. I chose yall cuz communication and customer service was always top notch. It was not my experience with the collision side of it. 18 days I waited no phone call nothing. Only to find out they were waiting on my signature to start? Called for an update to be told it hadn’t even been started to get my car back with the doors unable to open on the inside ? Brian offered me to come back and get them fixed but o have yet to be able to be without a car again especially after waiting more than 3 months.

Work they did do was great, but I expressed 2 other areas needed repair and I expressed my desire for them to be fixed. They were not fixed. It was not discussed with me that they would t be repaired. So now I will take additional business elsewhere.
