Just picked up my car, after a week in the shop! I honestly feel that you should let the adjuster overseeing the repairs solely handle communication with the customer. The automated system, while helpful, gives no true information. According to the automated system, my car was to be ready around 3 Sep 15. I am currently on leave and took a trip to Arkansas & Missouri to visit family. I'm very lucky to have returned home early, as I would have been stuck with payments on the rental car my insurance provided. Fortunately, Greg was on top of everything and was able to provide a more accurate picture. I want to thank, first and foremost, the mechanics that ensured my car is safe to drive with the precious cargo it frequently holds! Your approach to ensuring the vehicles you repair come home better than new makes me feel safe, especially with this being the family car and our travel schedule being quite hectic. Thank you Greg, I truly appreciate how you kept me informed every step of the way, and, more importantly, finding the issue with the front passenger tire while doing the estimate. Your diligent attention to detail kept my family safe, and ensured we had a way to travel to Missouri safely. Thank you to the young lady who works at the front desk of the Body Shop! You have outstanding patience while you had a few very rambunctious boys attempting to turn the waiting area into a romper room. Thank you Red McCombs Superior Body Shop!
