License plate was put on crooked, rear dash can reattached in the wrong location even though I called and asked for it to not be put back on, dash cam stopped working after getting it back. The car was nicely cleaned but the driver side was still dirty and things were rearranged so they’re difficult to find and the organization got completely messed up.

They were all very friendly and did their best to help me. They fixed the crooked license plate and tried to diagnose the dash cam (couldn’t figure it out though).

About five years ago I had some damage to my vehicle and brought it to Red Mill and had the same experience and I have recommended Red Mill to others based upon that experience.
