This is my second car with Red Rock Collision. They are the best, honest, fast, reliable, flexible, compassionate, and keeps in contact. I will NEVER go anywhere else. These are my people, and when your in a bad situation, you call your people to handle it, and they did this without blemish! Fabulous job 👏 I can't say enough how great full I am to the job they committed to doing. My lexus looks brand spanking new!!!

The receptionist was so sweet I called her crying 😢 my reception was terrible it kept hanging up in her. She called me back. They guys where so comforting about how they will get my ride to be 100 %percent again. Comfort and care is the specialty of this place

Staff was polite and informative about the repair process. They had great phone and email communication and photos with updates as my car was fixed. The team there made me feel comfortable with leaving my vehicle there to be fully restored to like new condition with NON after market parts. They were fast and efficient and I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their vehicle repair needs!

Red Rock was wonderful to work with especially when it comes to insurance. They really go to "bat " for their customers. All of the staff was very accommodating and John Brown is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I recommend this repair shop to anyone that asks me.

I was very impressed with Ian who provided the estimate. He explained everything in detail and was the only one(of the estimates I received) who talked about the “blind spot” detectors being in the bumper. Very thorough. I also appreciated the clean condition that my car was returned in., inside and out! Thank you for a great customer experience.
