Besides the qualify of service, the shop is easy to get to with plenty of parking. And the reason it's call Redwood Autobody is because they have these beautiful mature redwood trees encircling the shop.

I didn't worry about a thing. Dropped my car off at Redwood Autobody, picked up the rental car. Repair was quick. Dropped the rental car off and picked up my beautifully repaired auto that was also cleaned up too!

Good but it was not done until 4:30 pm when I got the call and could not make it there before they closed. Next day went at 3:00 [i work from home so this was the soonest I could leave) picked up car and per hertz rental they closed at 6pm online. When I got there at 4:30 they were closed. I did not know I could have left the car at the auto body shop nor that I could have left it at the car rental overnight. So I took it back the next day on my lunch hour. I was charged another day. I wish I was informed by my insurance and also from hertz because if I had know I could have left the rental in Healdsburg that would have solved everything and me stressing to get the car back to the rental. Miles from my house to the auto shop is 15-20 miles north and 30 miles south from the auto shop to the rental place.
