I would tell them that the people there are very nice, and the bodywork was beautiful. As for everything else, I would tell them to keep an eye out, critical eye.

The body work is very nice and Darrin was very helpful and answered all my questions cheerfully! Now what I dont like: There is a part of the bedliner missing. The 2 tiedowns were not locked in place and if I hadn’t had strapped in the back, my bike would have been smashed on its side on top of groceries. The top trim rail was replaced for some reason and when it was, I had a bolt in there to hold my winch. The bolts gone as well as the hole. There is a piece of trim on the bottom which was never replaced that was part of the accident. Now the paint, there is so much “orange peel” in it, it no longer matches the rest of the truck! I made it abundetly clear that youze were to keep an ege on that and pass on to the painter. I understand if it was matching the rest of the vehicle, but it doesn’t and not happy at all! I just Got back into town yesterday or I would have complained about this in person.

James, the owner, was great to work with. And his op's guy Spencer was very thorough and detailed and communicated very well with me as to what they were doing. Charles was very engaged in fixing my problem and pointed out some challenges he had in making everything right with my vehicle. A perfect group of professionals and their work is outstanding.
