Amazing all the way around, from initial contact to picking up the car. Every contact was above and beyond expectations. Without the suggestion to make a claim, I would have paid out of pocket unnecessarily. Then you shepherded the claim through the entire process, making it the easiest claim ever. Every call and text was promptly returned, all questions were answered. And the waiting room was stellar. Great job! I will definitely recommend you to my friends!

Great service. Appreciate the continual and excellent communication: I was always clear on what was happening and the timeline/costs involved. Appreciated also the negotiation done with my insurance on my behalf: ended up getting more work done & covered than I anticipated. Work-wise, everything looks great. The team at ReLux Collision were in contact on all repairs to the mini which I really appreciated. They have done an excellent job on the car, and it had significant front damage. First of all this is the Best collision Repair facility l have worked with ever! From the initial conversation with Vlad to estimates and in-process pictures from Johnathan their professionalism is unmatched! The workers did a phenomenal job! They completed the frame repair, steering component replacements, fender renewed painted and blended with wheel tire changed coordinating specialized alignment ALL done on time!! When l came to pick it up today the Owner came to meet me in the office; then went above and beyond to show me the parts process and even communicated how the wheels can be resurfaced in a day.and covered and lifted the old wheel in my trunk that would otherwise have been thrown out! Johnathan and the owner are excellent people who have great customer service skills! I would highly recommend this business to any and everyone. Highest ratings all scales!

This is one of the best shops I’ve been to. They repaired the front of my Challenger very well. They dealt with my insurance company. I didn’t have to talk to them at all. They also finished my car two days earlier than expected! All the employees were polite, friendly, and professional. It’s rare to find a shop with good skills and customer service. The only bad thing,is it's far from where I live. If you need body work done recommend this shop for sure!

From start to finish, the team at Relux was amazing. They are very communicative and used different modes of communication to ensure I stayed informed about my car, and they went the extra mile to make sure I had the right repairs. The insurance process was a breeze and Enterprise rental picked me up from the shop which is only 10 minutes away! They text you ETA updates on your repair status almost daily with the expected repair completion date. You can't go wrong with this company. Very professional, everyone was kind as well.
