What a great experience, the folks at Re-Lux were on it in every way, got my car in and out of the shop in a 1/3 of the time i thought it would take, they also helped with most of my deductible. Hoping I don't, but if I do have any further repairs, i will be callin Re-Lux first! Thanks Vlad and everyone else that assisted me!

Accommodating and pleasant staff to work with. Made a thorough inspection and explanation of damage to my car. Provided a detailed list of parts and labor in the estimate. Delivered periodic work progress reports to me. And best of all, the final billing did not exceed the estimate. They did not pad the estimate with surprise additional parts or labor costs as I have experienced with other vendors. I would highly recommend Relux Collision for any future body work that you might need.

When I brought my car into the shop for a preliminary estimate, I received an in-depth explanation as to what needed to be fixed. I really appreciated the in-depth explanation as well as visuals to see what the mechanics were going to do to my car. This is what led to my decision of choosing Re-Lux Collision. The overall fix of my car is very good and it seems as if my car had never been in an accident. Overall, I really appreciate Re-Lux Collision for fixing my car and their customer service. Re-lux did an amazing job Repairing my 2024 Cadillac Escalade V. Their communication was great, I always felt informed and up-to-date on my repair progress.
