ReLux did me right! As a customer and tax payer I feel like everyone is out to take advantage of us when they can, and customer service or just being kind doesn't exist anymore! For the first time in many years I experienced not only 5 star customer service but it was above and beyond that! Help with rental car, help with communication with ins. Co. And repairs the insurance Didn't want to pay for, and to top it off they washed my car? ReLux is simply the BEST, 5 STAR and then some! Thank you!!!

Excellent customer service from beginning to end of the repair. Superb workmanship! We got our dear car back as if nothing happened to it, in a pristine condition as if it was new! Very clean inside and out. Vlad is the best throughout the whole process; very accommodating, knowledgeable, honest and compassionate. We were in a very sticky situation as our insurance company denied to cover the expenses and he made sure we get our vehicle back on the road with very reasonable cost. His business partner, Slava, is equally super nice! He even handed us a bottle of water when we picked up our car. Most importantly, they feel for their customers, no wonder they have 5 stars on their customer rating.
