Good job guys. You have really raised the bar in everything. First your quote, it was the cheapest of the other 2 quotes (Roseville collision did not even send a quote despite a a couple of promises and the most thorough of the other 3 collision center(crash champion, roseville collision and J&J body works). The explanation you provided on why this is this and the drawings and markings you guys did explained the works needed to be done. It gives out transparency and also confidence that quality work is gonna happen here. Your waiting room, despite small and oddly located are stacked with quality snacks and drinks and smelled fresh and clean. I havent seen it in the lobby of the collision centers ive visited and it includes the big ones like caliber and kniesel. Youve kept us in the loop about the repairs being done and if there was a hiccup, you have let us know about it. Youve delivered it as promised and promptly. Handed it clean in and out and work done is amazing that it looked like no damage has happened. I would say, you guys got it going. Excellence. Excellence. Excellence. In all departments.👍👍
