Everyone at Relux was friendly. The explained the process and completed my repairs a day early. As a bonus they washed my car and cleaned the inside too. Since I was not using insurance they gave me a sled pay discount.

Everything was good for the most part and it is very appreciated for working with me on my travel but two things though were a little disappointing. 1) I mistakenly left food in the car when I had the car locked in the facility on Sunday. I asked for it to be tossed when I realized I couldn’t get back into the gate and I was told it would be taken care of. This was left in the car for the entire duration of the repairs and my trip- didn’t exactly smell great when I got in my car. 2) I asked for follow up on the ceramic coating on the front bumper and fender as the company that I was sent to the last time around back in July no longer had instagram and I can’t seem to find their contact info. I still have the original receipt from the dealership on file from the first accident which even if I do not have the receipt from D Solutions should cover this. I would like that completed still as now the rest of the car was done but those two parts. Please reach out to me on this as I would like this addressed.
