My Experience

I had a great experience with Renew Collision Center. The biggest thing that stood out to me was how much effort Doug put into finding the correct front bumper for my car. There were issues with the part numbers not matching with the dealer, and this went on for about 2–3 months. Doug was very persistent and kept looking for the correct bumper instead of just settling for an older version. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into making sure my car was repaired with the correct part. He also replaced my oil pan at no additional cost, which was a really nice surprise. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I especially want to thank Doug for being patient, persistent, and making sure the job was done right. I would definitely recommend Renew Collision Center to anyone needing repairs.
